What is InTouch?
InTouch is a communication tool that provides a method for current and former company employees to express concerns on a confidential basis.
InTouch is not intended to replace existing compliance policies or established grievance procedures. Addressing questions, concerns, or issues directly with your manager or with Human Resources is always preferred. However, if you’re not comfortable doing so, or you are not satisfied with the response you’ve received, then you should consider using InTouch.
Prior to sharing your feedback with InTouch, you get to choose whether or not you want to identify yourself or if you want to be contacted. InTouch is an independent company and unless your concerns involve a threat or an illegal act your feedback will remain anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself.
