We have developed a wide variety of products that offer lending and equity capital assistance to organizations doing important work in their communities, such as providing affordable housing, creating jobs, economic development and neighborhood revitalization.

We have formed strong partnerships with leading organizations and professionals such as the Community Financial Institution (CDFI), as well as real estate developers, small business owners, investors, nonprofits, government agencies and others.

Other organizations that First National 1870 and Sunflower Bank have partnered with include Communities in Schools, the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC), On the Road Lending (OTRL), the Dallas Opportunity Fund (DHOF), the Midwest Housing Equity Group (MHEG), the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), and a wide variety of other community-focused organizations.

Since 2020, Sunflower Bank, N.A. has provided over $242 million in community development loans, as well as $67 million in CRA investments across all its communities.
