FirstSun Capital Bancorp Reports Third Quarter 2025 Results

Third Quarter 2025 Highlights:

• Net income of $23.2 million, $0.82 per diluted share
• Net interest margin of 4.07%
• Return on average total assets of 1.09%
• Return on average stockholders’ equity of 8.22%
• Loan growth of 10.6%, annualized
• Deposit growth of 0.3%, annualized
• 24.5% noninterest income to total revenue¹

Denver – October 27, 2025 – FirstSun Capital Bancorp (“FirstSun”) (NASDAQ: FSUN) reported net income of $23.2 million for the third quarter of 2025 compared to net income of $22.4 million for the third quarter of 2024. Earnings per diluted share were $0.82 for the third quarter of 2025 compared to $0.79 for the third quarter of 2024. Adjusted net income, a non-GAAP financial measure, was $23.7 million or $0.84 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2024.
