What is Syntrio?
Syntrio is a communication tool that provides a method for current and former company employees to express concerns on a confidential basis.
Syntrio is not intended to replace existing compliance policies or established grievance procedures. Addressing questions, concerns, or issues directly with your manager or with Human Resources is always preferred. However, if you’re not comfortable doing so, or you are not satisfied with the response you’ve received, then you should consider using Syntrio.
Prior to sharing your feedback with Syntrio, you get to choose whether or not you want to identify yourself or if you want to be contacted. Syntrio is an independent company and unless your concerns involve a threat or an illegal act your feedback will remain anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself.
